At Repossi, we ensure a seamless return process for our luxury creations, offering complimentary returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition. Each piece must be returned with its security tag intact and accompanied by all original packaging and certificates.

Log into your account or visit our 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.

Secure the Packaging

Place the jewelry in its original Repossi box and protective shipping carton, ensuring all authenticity certificates and invoices are included inside.

Affix the Shipping Label

Attach the pre-paid UPS or DHL shipping label provided in your original package to the outside of the box, ensuring the previous delivery label is fully covered.

Handover and Tracking

Schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop off your package at an authorized shipping center, then track your return through our portal until your refund is processed.
